HILTON GARDEN INN & HOMEWOOD SUITES

The Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites is a $30 million-dollar redevelopment project that involves the conversion of a 17-story high rise building into two modern accommodation facilities. The first building is the Hilton Garden Inn facility which features 171 units for short-term accommodations. The second building is the Homewood Suites, a 173 rooms extended-stay lodging facility.

TL Mechanical was awarded the contract for the installation of all new ductwork, HVAC equipment, duct insulation, balancing and controls. We completed the installation of over three hundred fan coil units, multiple air handling units, make up air units and a ductless split and condensing unit. Extensive commissioning & balancing work were also undertaken to ensure successful handover of the project. 

We are pleased to have completed the mechanical work for this project, the first Hilton property in downtown Ottawa.
